Who Qualifies
This offer is for new pets - any pet who has not been seen at Animal Hospital of Palo Alto before. Whether you've recently brought home a puppy or kitten, adopted an older pet, or are switching to us from another veterinarian, your pet qualifies.
Already a client with us? If you've welcomed a new pet who hasn't visited us yet, this offer applies to them too. And if you have a friend, neighbor, or family member looking for a veterinarian, we'd be grateful if you'd share this with them.
What to Expect at Your First Wellness Visit
A wellness exam is your pet's introduction to our team and the foundation for great care going forward. During the visit, your veterinarian will:
Perform a thorough nose-to-tail physical examination
Discuss your pet's history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have
Talk through preventive care, including vaccines, parasite prevention, and nutrition
Answer your questions and recommend a care plan tailored to your pet
Most importantly, we take the time to get to know your pet so we can build a relationship that lasts. We want both of you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the care we provide.
